Note: These Terms of Use govern your use of the craftlinkpros.com website. If you purchase services from CraftlinkPros, your services are governed by the separate Client Services Agreement you accept at the time of sale, which controls over these Terms for any conflict relating to those services.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and CraftlinkPros LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“CraftlinkPros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of https://craftlinkpros.com and related pages, subdomains, forms, and content (the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.

2. What we do

CraftlinkPros provides websites, hosting, domain management, local search optimization, lead generation, call tracking, messaging, review tools, and related marketing services for trade and home-service businesses. The Site describes these services and lets you contact us. Descriptions, plans, features, and pricing shown on the Site are for general information and may change at any time.

3. License to use the Site; acceptable use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your own informational and business purposes. You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, harvest, frame, mirror, or systematically extract the Site or its content;
• reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Site, its security, or its servers;
• use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content;
• misrepresent your identity or use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose; or
• use automated means (bots, crawlers) except for well-behaved search-engine indexing.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and all content on it — including text, graphics, logos, the “CraftlinkPros” name and marks, page designs, layouts, code, and the look and feel — are owned by CraftlinkPros or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 3, no rights are granted to you. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

5. Submissions and your information

When you submit information through a form on the Site (such as your name, phone, email, trade, and service area), you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You grant us the right to use that information to respond to you and to provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential information you do not want us to receive.

6. Consent to communications (calls, texts, email)

By submitting your phone number or email address through the Site, you agree that CraftlinkPros may contact you at the number and address provided — including by phone call, email, and, if you opt in, text message (SMS) — to respond to your request and, where permitted, to send you information about our services. Calls may be recorded or monitored where permitted by law. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing anything. 7. Testimonials, results, and forward-looking statements

Any results, reviews, case studies, lead numbers, rankings, or earnings shown on the Site are examples and are not guarantees. Outcomes depend on many factors — including your market, competition, budget, responsiveness, and the policies and algorithms of third parties like Google — and are not typical or promised. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of any specific result.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (for example, Google, social platforms, scheduling, and payment tools). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRAFTLINKPROS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON IT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRAFTLINKPROS AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CraftlinkPros and its owners, members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; the “Last updated” date shows when. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Informal resolution first. If you have a dispute with us, contact us at hello@craftlinkpros.com first; we will try to resolve it informally within 30 days.

Binding arbitration; class-action waiver. Except for the carve-outs below, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site that is not resolved informally will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer or Commercial Arbitration Rules (as applicable), seated in Wyoming (or conducted remotely). You and CraftlinkPros each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action; disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis. Carve-outs: either party may (a) bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and (b) seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms (with the Privacy Policy and, for clients, the Client Services Agreement) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them.
